1. Four-day Taiji Course

    Taiji is a traditional Chinese health-improving culture and method which will effectively help people stay relaxed both physically and mentally. The program is especially designed for ISOTT 2015 attendees with instructions on Taiji walk and Ba Duan Jin (one type of tranditional Chinese Martial Arts).

    Participants who have interests are encouraged to join at 6:30 to 7:30am from July 12 to July 15 at The PUYU Hotel.
