Invitation Letters take 2-10 days to process, differently depending on the types of invitation letters you request.

1. Type a: Invitation Letter with President signature: within 2 days;

2. Type b: Invitation Letter with official stamp: 3-5 days;

3. Type c: Invitation Letter to support F visa: 5-10 days

Information required regarding Invitation Letters

Type a & b:

1. Name (must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport), passport no., mailing address, affiliation/company, phone number and email;

2. If you have a paper, please include the title;

3. Please clarify if you want to include the hotel information.

Type c:

Besides the information a & b require above, additional information should be provided as below:
