Registration Instructions:

Please note participants from overseas and mainland China pay registration fee and room fees using different bank accounts. Follow the instructions below to finish the process.

For the participants from outside of the mainland China

1. Basic information collection (payment is to be made seperately according to the step 2 as specified below): http://meeting.yizhifubj.com.cn/web/main.action?meetingId=242.
   

2. Make the payment via online bank transfer or wire transmission with the bank account as below. Alternately, you may also provide your bank account information by downloading and filling out the Credit Card Authorization and sending back to both email addresses: summer.xiong@thepuyu.com and isott2015@gmail.com. (Please indicate "ISOTT 2015" and “Your Name” when making the payment.):

3. Refund Policy: a letter requesting the refund is required before July 1 and must be emailed to: isott2015@gmail.com. A $50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds.

Please note: It is suggested that accompanying persons who register social-only use the same Registration Form with full/daily participants and print your name
in the "social only" block. The accompanying person will be assigned to the same
hotel room as the formal participant. If the accompany person needs an independent
room, please use a separate form and pay for the social+hotel cost separately.  

For participants from mainland China

会议注册费包含会议费和酒店折扣房费。考虑到国内报销要求，建议会议费和房费分开缴纳。

1. 填写境内人员参会注册表，同时发送至email: summer.xiong@thepuyu.com 和isott2015@gmail.com。

2. 会议注册费交给华中科技大学，汇款信息如下（请汇款留言备注ISOTT2015和个人姓名，在收集到Part VI栏的信息后，发票由华中科技大学开具）

注：
仅参加social活动且不需要额外预定住宿的随行人员，可与同行的全额/按天注册的参会者使用一份注册表。仅需在表中勾选“social only”并注明随行人员姓名。需另外预定住宿的随行人员，须单独填写一份注册表并缴费。
